This project involved the construction of a new single-family residence located at 745 Sunset Ave, Venice Beach, CA 90291.

Completed in 2025, the home includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 4,107 square feet of interior living space, situated on a 5,796 square foot lot.

The scope included full ground-up construction, modern structural systems, interior and exterior finishes completed as part of the build, and cohesive architectural planning integrated throughout the design.
