This project involved the construction of a new single-family residence located at 12014 Hartsook St, Valley Village, CA 91607.

Completed in 2024, the home includes 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 4,213 square feet of interior living space, situated on an 8,102 square foot lot.

The scope included full ground-up construction, a blend of modern and farmhouse architectural elements, interior and exterior finishes completed as part of the build, and cohesive architectural planning integrated throughout the design.
