This project involved the construction of a new single-family residence located at 13226 Morrison St, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.

Completed in 2025, the home includes 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 4,728 square feet of interior living space, situated on an 8,064 square foot lot.

The scope included full ground-up construction, modern structural systems, interior and exterior finishes completed as part of the build, and cohesive architectural planning integrated throughout the design.
